How far in advance should I place my order?
All cakes require at least 5 days advance notice.
Are the cakes made fresh?
Yes. All cakes are freshly made on the day of pickup.
Is there a daily order limit?
To maintain quality and attention to detail, we only accept a limited number of cake orders each day.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, cakes are available for pickup only at our Rego Park studio.
Do you ship treats and gifts?
Yes. Treats and gift items are available for shipping.
Ingredients
What ingredients do you use?
All cakes are made with fresh meat fillings and finished with potato frosting as a buttercream alternative.
What are the treats and cookies made with?
Our treats and cookies are also made with meat-based ingredients.
Do you use artificial coloring or additives?
No. We do not use artificial coloring or unnecessary additives.
My dog has food sensitivities. What should I do?
All ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review carefully before placing your order.
Storage
How should I store the cake?
Please keep cakes refrigerated after pickup.
How long do cakes stay fresh?
- Refrigerated: up to 3 days
- Frozen: up to 7 days
How should I store treats and cookies?
- Room temperature: up to 2 weeks
- Refrigerated: up to 3 weeks
- Frozen: up to 1 month
Custom Orders
Can I customize my cake?
Yes. All custom cake designs may include a personalized portrait of your pup.
Will my cake look exactly the same as the photos?
Each cake is handmade with care, so slight variations in color and decoration may occur.
